Wryght Designs Manifesto

In launching the website I’ve been doing some business soul searching, developing Wryght Designs’ philosophy, defining why the business exists and determining what principles will guide its growth.

Wryght Designs’ values are simple, sustainable, style.

Simple
I’m inspired by the simplicity of minimalist living, Scandinavian style, clean lines, quality materials and classic designers like Charles Eames. At Wryght Designs this is reflected in our clean lined, classic geometric shapes and the transformation from metal sheet into jewellery.

Sustainable
Eco-minimal would probably be the phrase to sum up Wryght Designs’ signature style. I’m inspired by traditional metal smithing techniques but I thrive on turning these into practices requiring only human power. All my tools are ‘off the grid’ and none of my processes involve the use of chemicals.

Style
Let’s not forget why we love jewellery. It’s a powerful accessory that can turn clothes into an outfit, tell the world a little story about our personality and remind us of special occasions and special people in our lives.
